O ur online auction Tableaux Dessins Sculptures 1300 - 1900 features more than a hundred works of art, covering 600 years of art history from medieval times to the 19th century.
After a first section devoted to 16th-century Flemish works and 18th-century French such as Hubert Robert, the 19th-century French art will be brought to the forefront, featuring Rosa Bonheur, Alfred De Dreux and Lévy-Dhurmer. The auction will continue with Belgian works by Khnopff and Delville, as well as an extensive section dedicated to the Greek artist Périclès Pantazis. Our auction also showcases Spanish art, from Murillo to Rusiñol, Sorolla or Zuloaga.
An eclectic array of sculptures and works of art completes the sale, with an 18th-century Genovese bust from the entourage of Filippo Parodi, as well as a rare full-body articulated artist’s mannequin crafted around 1800. The auction concludes with a selection of late 19th-century and early 20th-century bronzes, including a superb cast of Carrier-Belleuse's Abduction of Hippodamia and three surprising symbolist works by Boleslaw Biegas.
