The Palazzo Barberini in Rome have displayed a specially commissioned printed model of Caravaggio’s Judith and Holofernes. The touchable relief has been especially installed for the benefit of partially sighted visitors in an effort to increase inclusivity amongst museums in Italy. Caravaggio’s masterpiece was executed around 1602 for the Genoese banker Ottavio Costa (1554-1639) and remains one of the Palazzo’s most iconic works.
