To buy or not to buy? That is the question at XUZHEN SUPERMARKET, a ground-breaking collaboration between Sotheby’s and one of the world’s most important conceptual artists Xu Zhen. A humorous yet subversive work that satirises consumerism and global capitalism, the installation will be open for public participation in Hong Kong (28 September – 3 October) and will be offered at our upcoming Contemporary Art Evening Sale (30 September | Hong Kong).
