Other known pieces by this maker include a lamp basin from 1550/52 in the Guildford Museum that is illustrated in Rockoxhuis, Zilver Uit De Gouden Eeuw Van Antwerpen, no. 34, p. 87. An owl coconut cup by him from 1550/52 formerly of the collections of Paul Wallwarf, Axel Vervoordt, and Joseph Ritman, and now in the Foundation Roi Baudouin, Brussels, is illustrated in their foundation catalog Chouette au poinçon d'Anvers, pp. 6-11.
A later dish from 1615/17 with similar pelican maker's mark is listed for Jan Lescornet I. He is described as the son of silversmith Germeyn Lescornet (1531-1578), who is presumably the maker of these cups (Rubenshuis, Antwerps Huiszilver Uit de 17e en 18e Eeuw, no. 8, p.54).
A cup of similar form with an ecclesiastical engraving around the rim from 1564/65 is illustrated in Rockoxhuis, Zilver Uit de Gouden Eeuw Van Antwerpen, no. 52, p. 104. It has a low, wide bowl but with straight sides, and a very similar foot with molded rim. A goblet from 1597/98 by Joris Bast II has a similarly shaped bowl and is also illustrated in the same book, no. 61, p. 111.
