The Modern Renaissance: Paris & London sales will bring together works from across the major collecting categories in back-to-back relay auctions in Paris and London on 25 March. Sotheby’s is delighted to present works spanning 500 years of art history. From Piero del Pollaiuolo’s arresting 'Portrait of a Youth', through to works by Vincent Van Gogh, Edward Munch, Jean Dubuffet, David Hockney and Banksy, viewers and buyers are taken on a journey that begins with Old Masters, travels through Impressionist and Modern art and arrives in the 21st Century, to be greeted by works from the Contemporary vanguard of our times.
