The canvas has a recent lining. The paint surface is stable with a clear and even varnish. There are no major damages visible to the naked eye, but a very slight degree of wear to some of the darker tones in the background. Inspection under UV light reveals only a handful of retouchings to the flowers, and a few to the background particularly to the edges. There is one restored damage at the centre right of the floral composition that has been well restored and is not visible to the naked eye (it measures 1 by 2 cm). In good overall condition.
Offered in a carved wooden frame with some traces of having been silver gilt, in good condition.
