For any in-person collections at any of our vendor’s premises, you can book your appointment directly online through your Sotheby’s account check out flow: https://www.sothebys.com/my-account/invoices.
If you do not see the booking option online please alert Post Sale Services of your proposed collection date. Ensure that all outstanding invoices have been paid for, and that you or your agent have the appropriate photo identification upon arrival.
If you are using your own shipper to collect property, please provide a letter of authorization and instruct your shipper to email their bill of lading to billsoflading@sothebys.com and ensure the correct collection location is specified.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, except holidays. The collections counter is closed from 12 PM to 1 PM for lunch.
Parking: Metered street parking and parking garages are available in the area.
Notes: Clients should enter the building through the main entrance located on York Avenue between 71st and 72nd streets.
Gantry Point
Address: 25-11 49th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, except holidays. The collections counter is closed from 12 PM to 1 PM for lunch.
Parking: Metered street parking is available. There is a small parking lot on the Davis Court side.
