Please consult your invoice for the location of the property you wish to collect. If you need to schedule your collection, contact Post Sale Services at USPostSaleServices@sothebys.com. Bring a copy of your invoice and photo identification to your scheduled appointment.
If your shipper is collecting the property, provide a letter of authorization and instruct them to email their bill of lading to billsoflading@sothebys.com with the correct collection location specified.
Payment
Payment will not be accepted on the premises. All property must be paid in full before collection from any Sotheby’s location. Dealers and resale clients must fill out the appropriate forms where applicable, and should contact Post Sale Services with questions.
Loss And Liability
All sold property must be removed by the buyer at their expense no later than 30 calendar days following its sale, unless otherwise agreed by Sotheby’s. Buyers are reminded that Sotheby’s liability for loss or damage to sold property shall cease no later than 30 calendar days after the date of the auction.

Parking: Metered street parking and parking garages are available in the area.
Notes: Clients should enter the building through the main entrance located on York Avenue between 71st and 72nd streets.
Gantry Point

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, except holidays. The collections counter is closed from 12 PM to 1 PM for lunch.
Parking: Metered street parking is available. There is a small parking lot on the Davis Court side.
