Partially printed document, one page (332 x 200 mm), evidently accomplished and signed by Gibson County, Tennessee, sheriff M. M. Laurime(?), 3 December 1833, also signed by Felix Parker Jr., docketed on verso; lightly browned, some edgewear. Framed and double-glazed.

Crockett, on a bond of $250, agrees to appear in Gibson County Court to answer "Mrs. Austin Assignee of Mr. Gibbs in a plea of Debt."
