A first-generation Patek Philippe Nautilus designed by Gérald Genta with original finish. This ultra-thin, automatic caliber 28-255 C is a truly rare tropical nautilus dial. With brushed links and polished center links, less than 1,150 timepieces were produced in yellow gold. This fantastic piece will be sold in Sotheby’s Important Watches: Part I Auction on 10 May, Geneva.
