Sotheby's Science & Popular Culture Department is excited to present Geek Week 2024, bringing together two of our most popular sale categories — Natural History and Space Exploration — for the fifth year running. This year's sales are headlined by Apex, the finest Stegosaurus skeleton ever to come to market. In addition to Apex, we are offering an incredible selection of Space Flown and Lunar Surface Flown artifacts, including quite a few coming directly from the personal collection of Apollo 11 Lunar Module Pilot Buzz Aldrin. In addition to Apex and the Personal Collection of Buzz Aldrin, we will be offering fossils, minerals, meteorites, and gogottes in Natural History, as well as signed space photography, spacesuits, models, hardware, and prototypes in Space Exploration.
