The Modern Day Auction draws together a century of paintings, drawings and sculpture from across Europe and the Americas to showcase the best of Impressionism through to Abstract Expressionism. Session I of the sale features 51 lots from the Collection of David M. Solinger. Sessions II and III feature works by Alexander Calder, Josef Albers, Franz Kline, and Pablo Picasso.
The Modern Day Auction will take place at Sotheby’s New York on 15 November.
