T he 2025 Fall Season at Sotheby’s celebrates Decorative Arts stretching across the globe. Beginning in our new galleries in rue du Faubourg Paris with Classic Design, celebrating the finest European decorative arts, silverware, porcelain, sculpture and furniture from across the centuries; from here we travel to Milan to our prestigious rooms at the Palazzo Serbelloni for An Italian Collecting Journey: 16th–20th Century Paintings and Decorative Arts, a portrait of timeless creativity: a celebration of the virtuosity, experimentation and craftsmanship that define Italian art and continue to inspire a sense of wonder across generations; then we head to New York for our American edition of Classic Design. These auctions bring together exceptional works from important private collections and estates, offering collectors the opportunity to acquire pieces of historic significance and timeless beauty.
