The Contemporary Austin’s 2021 Benefit Auction Hosted by Sotheby’s 4–18 October 2021 • 2:00 PM EDT • New York

S otheby’s is honored to host The Contemporary Austin’s 2021 Benefit Auction which raises critical funds for the museum and supports their thought-provoking exhibitions and award-winning programs.

The Contemporary Austin’s highly anticipated auction includes a curated selection of contemporary art ranging from photography, painting, and original drawings, to local artisan jewelry and priceless art experiences. The museum will offer up to 50% of the sale price back to participating artists, thus with each art purchase you are supporting The Contemporary Austin’s mission and an artist directly.

The live auction will feature select lots during The Contemporary Austin’s Art Dinner gala on October 16 at 8:30 PM central. Absentee and phone bids can be submitted via bid@thecontemporaryaustin.org.

The online auction will feature select lots from October 4-October 18 exclusively on Sothebys.com. Login or register to place a bid!

Curated experience packages will also be available for bidding from Oct 4-Oct 18 exclusively through The Contemporary Austin at bid@thecontemporaryaustin.org and in-person at Art Dinner on Oct 16. Learn more about Art Dinner 2021 here.
