c.13.5 x 8.5cm, together with a postcard addressed to José di Liberatti, inscribed by the composer ("Giacomo Puccini 1913"), and his printed visiting card inscribed by him ("ringraziando, restituisce il manoscritto"), minor marks on the surface

Elsa was apparently related to the composer Riccardo Pick-Mangiagalli (1882–1949) who taught at the Milan Conservatory.
