3 parts in one volume, folio (306 x 215mm.), woodcut initials, woodcut printer's device below colophons, without blank leaves C8 and vv6 at end of first two parts, woodcut diagrams in second part, sixteenth-century Spanish blind-tooled plateresque calf over wooden boards, two clasps, paper manuscript spine label, manuscript fragments in binding, lacking end of third part (all after 3i⁸), first few quires stained with a few wormholes, binding rebacked, lacking both straps

This edition of Duns Scotus's commentary on Peter Lombard was issued in four parts, and often bound with his Quaestiones quodlibetales. This is plausibly the first volume of a complete set bound in two volumes. Copies are often lacking the final sections of each part, containing the commentary of Henricus de Gorinchem, which are here present.
