FIRST AND ONLY EDITION, 2 parts in one volume, folio (492 x 342mm.), engraved frontispiece, 2 engraved pictorial dedications, 38 plates (most engraved), of which 3 are hand-coloured, large engraved vignettes (plans, views, etc.), modern half morocco, plates with library rubber-stamps or perforated stamps (for the 3 coloured plates), a few plates slightly cropped, leaf D1 repeated, frontispiece with short tear repaired, last leaf torn without loss
