A fter our successful collaboration in London during December 2018, Sotheby’s and Dover Street Market are partnering again this autumn, just in time for New York Fashion Week. The avant-garde concept store has selected more than 20 pieces from Sotheby’s Fine Jewels auction (25 September, New York) to be displayed in Dover Street Market’s New York and Los Angeles locations. To further complement the mix of vintage and contemporary jewels, Dover Street Market commissioned collage artist Sammy Slabbinck to interpret them within his signature style. The result: five entrancing and imaginative images that play with scale and subject.
