EXPERIENCE


This lot includes a guided tour of the vineyards and cellar on the island of Gorgona, and a lunch, tasting and inauguration of the new vintage of Gorgona with Marchese Lamberto Frescobaldi.  


This experience to take place on 11th June 2026, departing from Livorno, Tuscany early in the morning. Boat transfer to and from the island aboard the yacht La Superba.


Given the fact that Gorgona is a penitentiary island, the visit is subject to verification by the Ministry for the issuance of authorisation.


Accommodation, flights and transport to and from Livorno are not included.


Minimum age of guests: 18

-         to an address in London: £35 for the first 10 cases, plus £10 for any additional case, plus VAT and Sotheby’s Transit Care cover;

-         to a UK address outside of London (excluding Ireland and Scotland): £45 for the first 10 cases, plus £10 for any additional case, plus VAT and Sotheby’s Transit Care cover.

Sotheby’s cannot arrange or take responsibility for shipments to non-UK buyers, but will be pleased to introduce them to a forwarding agent.
