MORE ABOUT THIS LOT:
Picture an elegant church spire reaching for the sky on the crest of a gentle hill…
You have reached Pomerol, a peaceful village in the heart of the wine country surrounding Bordeaux. Though sleepy and secluded in appearance, it is home to some of the most famous wines in the world.
A splash of vibrant colour will lead the way to Château Clinet and its bright red shutters, where an intimate winery visit awaits you.
Starting at the historical château itself, you will discover a place shaped by decades of history and passion yet energized by a modern vibe. Listen to the story of Clinet – its people, its land, its spirit – before heading off to the vines to learn and feel what it takes to grow a great wine.
In the winery, you will hear everything you need to know about the magic of winemaking – from the cutting-edge equipment we use, to the intricate, detailed process we implement to produce consistently high-quality wines. Breathe in the complex aromas filling the cellar where the beautiful oak barrels rest quietly.
The last stop of your journey will be at our contemporary Ronan by Clinet Cellars, a unique place and concept in Pomerol. Meet the modern face of Clinet and explore our range of internationally acclaimed wines in the stylish tasting room overlooking both the winery and the vines.
The owners, Monique and Ronan LABORDE, will join you for a delicious meal paired with outstanding wines, and share some of the secrets that make Clinet exceptional - the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience.
As you leave, take a moment to sense your heart beating to the rhythm of the vines…
