This is an exceptionally rare piece from the pre war Hitchcock film. This is the first time that this piece has surfaced. No British poster is known to have survived, and to-date only one American poster has surfaced. This British film noir was directed by Alfred Hitchcock. The cast includes Leslie Banks and Peter Lorre. The film tells the story of a British couple who are holidaying in Switzerland, and who find themselves involved in an international case of great interest when their daughter is kidnapped by spies plotting a political assassination. This film was revered both critically and at the most office as one Hitchcock's best films made during his British period.
