Biography

Whitney Miller joined Sotheby’s in February 2025 as the Global Head of Retail and Programming. Over the past 20 years, she has developed deep expertise in omnichannel retail and the creation of exceptional client experiences to drive engagement, sales, and loyalty.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Whitney spent five years at Chanel as the Head of Retail and Client Intelligence for US Fragrance and Beauty and 11 years at Apple where she was the Head of Global Strategy for the omnichannel Retail division. She holds dual Masters degrees in Business and International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Lauder Institute.
