Chancery folio (282 x 195mm.), 358 leaves, [2-5] [1-5] a8 b-e6.8 f-g6 h8 i-p6 q8 r-z A-Z AA-HH6 II8, double column, 54 lines, gothic type, red initials and initial-strokes, first initial in blue and red with penwork decoration, contemporary calf over wooden boards, covers tooled to a diaper pattern with small flower tools, two clasps, head of title-page excised, opening at start of text slightly browned, binding worn and rebacked, lacking both clasps

 

One of numerous incunabular editions of the dictionary of moral theology by Angelus de Clavasio (Antonio Carletti, 1411-1495), first printed in 1486.
