“AURA” at AMA Venezia

5 May–22 November 2026

Jenny Saville and Tino Sehgal feature in this exciting group show

AMA Venezia, the exhibition space opened in 2025 by the collector and philanthropist Laurent Asscher, presents “AURA,” a group exhibition addressing themes of presence, intensity, materiality and perception. Drawn from the AMA’s collection, the presentation includes artworks by Arthur Jafa, Sang Woo Kim, Brandon Morris, Laura Owens, Charles Ray, Ed Ruscha, Jenny Saville, Tino Sehgal, Richard Serra, Christopher Wool and Joseph Yaeger. A monumental new painting by Saville — the British artist’s largest to date — joins a major work by Ruscha and a live experience by British-born German artist Sehgal, first staged in Nantes in 2002, titled “Kiss (Clean Version).”
