rectangular with cut corners, the lid set with a Geneva enamel plaque painted with Lot and his daughters, framed with split pearls, the sides and base decorated in translucent dark green enamel over bands of scale engine-turning and within interlaced gold paillon borders, outer dark blue enamel borders with tulip and crescent moon paillons in gold and turquoise,
