Description
rectangular with curved sides, the lid and base decorated with reeded rose-gold engine-turning framed by chased yellow gold leafy or anthemion borders, the lid further embellished with a chased flower spray en quatre couleurs against a matted ground below geometrical borders, the sides with matching decoration and chased tulips to corners, illegible maker's mark in a cartouche, traces of a Hanau 18K mark, rosette mark, the left rim numbered: 2946
