elongated oval, the lid later applied with a translucent red guilloché enamel plaque decorated with a diamond-set flower basket tied with a ribbon and bow, the ground of translucent pigeon blue enamel over chevron engine-turning, framed by a border of translucent green quatrefoils and red ovolos, the sides similarly decorated, the dividers further decorated with translucent navy blue enamel swags, maker's mark, charge and discharge marks of Jean-Baptiste Fouache, Paris date letter P,
