This piece was formally owned by an English collector who obtained the signatures in person. This style B poster was printed in two different ways—one with white lettering against a black title box (as offered here), and the other with black lettering against a silver title box.

It is rare for anyone to have an original poster signed, as the majority of signatures are on pieces of paper, photographs and video/DVD sleeves. It is unusual to have the film's poster with you when you try to obtain signatures.

This is the second film in the original Star Wars trilogy, which is now also known as Star Wars: Episode V–The Empire Strikes Back. Although George Lucas did not direct this film, he wrote the story and served as executive producer.
