Nike Moses Malone Game Worn Dual Signed Air Maestro Flight

The legendary Moses Malone ended his 21-year career as the recipient of 3 MVP awards, ranked among the NBA’s All-Time Top 10 in points and rebounds. The Hall of Famer was wearing Nike sneakers when most players were still in Converse. These specific shoes were worn by Moses in 1993 during his 18th season in the NBA and 20th season in professional basketball while playing for the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Air Maestro Flight is known as one of basketball’s best performance sneakers. Tracy Teague took an unconventional approach to the design by stripping away all unnecessary weight and bulk. Teague used a synthetic leather called ‘Durabuck’ for the first time in a Nike basketball shoe, which created a breathable and comfortable alternative to full-grain leather. The shoes feature a huarache-like fit and an innovative lacing system.
