The picture is unlined and the original canvas is providing a stable structural support. There are no signs of craquelure. The paint surface is a little dirty and may benefit from a light clean. There is a small horizontal wax repair (less than 1cm) on the reverse which corresponds to an area of discoloured retouching among the trees on the left.

There is a small area of localised retouching which corresponds to the patch noted above. There are possibly other very minor flecked retouchings.
