The document, marked 'Strictly Confidential', contains the Proposals of the Zionist Organisation to the Peace Conference at Paris in 1919. It covers the Boundaries of Palestine and asks whether Great Britain will be the Mandatary of the League of Nations. It is submitted by Lord Walter Rothschild, Chaim Weizmann and Nachum Sokolow (on behalf of the Zionist Organisation and for the Jewish population in Palestine).
