Chancery folio (315 x 213mm.), 134 leaves, a-q8 r6, 45 lines plus headline, roman type, first heading and initial printed in red, other woodcut initials, woodcut printer's device at end, contemporary dark brown blind-tooled morocco over wooden boards, 4 clasps, in modern drop-backed folding box, a few small wormholes in text, more in binding, binding somewhat rubbed and repaired, spine chipped at foot, lacking all straps and catchplates, pastedowns replaced

A large crisp copy with a few deckle edges. The lower board shows signs of having had a panel for a lettering-piece, from the presence of six nail holes, and also a chaining staple just above the panel.
