Chancery folio (287 x 197mm.), 58 leaves, a-i6 k8, 44-45 lines, roman type, opening of text with pink initial on a gold and coloured ground with leafy marginal extensions, armorial at foot of page of a silver (now oxidised) mounted knight on a red field (slightly shaved at foot), early manuscript annotations, modern binding reusing a vellum leaf from a liturgical manuscript, first leaf with blank section excised, occasional light soiling or browning, a few small wormholes in quires f-h, joints cracked
