4to (206 x 142mm.), title with small woodcut illustration and within woodcut border, numerous woodcut illustrations, with final blank leaf, modern crushed blue morocco, spine gilt in compartments, gilt edges
Luca Pulci (1431-1470) began writing this chivalric poem towards the end of his life, and it was completed by Bernardo Giambullari and Luca's younger brother Luigi. It was first printed in around 1490 and regularly reprinted through the sixteenth century.
