"Apparently a reprint of the counterfeit of 1508" (Shaw).
8vo (164 x 94 mm). Italic type, 32 lines plus headline. collation: AA4 a-y8 A8 B4: 192 leaves. (Foxing and toning to contents, repairs to title and a1, worming to inner margin occasionally costing text, a few leaves with ink burn from marginalia.)
binding: Vellum over pasteboards made of late seventeenth- or eighteenth-century printer's waste (171 x 103 mm), flat spine with title in ink, blue speckled edges. (Stained and wormed, endpapers torn and wormed, particularly the rear endpaper).
