8vo (156 x 100 mm). Italic type, 30 lines plus headline. collation: A-Z⁸ AA-BB⁸: 200 leaves. Title within woodcut border with Torresano device at foot. (Stain at head of first ten leaves, other occasional marginal staining, last few leaves stained.)

binding: Contemporary limp vellum (165 x 105 mm), stubs from two pairs of alum-tawed ties, late eleventh- or early twelfth- century manuscript fragments in binding. (Binding somewhat soiled and stained.)
