The great commission to decorate the Library of the Hispanic Society led Sorolla to travel throughout the country, in search of the authentic and most picturesque of the Spanish character, which was then sought among the people of rural areas, which still kept the customs intact and ancestral traditions. We visit part of the exhibition accompanied by his Commissioner, Covadonga Pitarch. Report recorded on December 9, 2013, in Madrid.
