This is a portfolio of ten lithographs entitled De l'origine d'especes par voie de selection irrationnelle (On the Origin of Species as a Process of Irrational Selection), created in 1971, shortly before he died.

The collection features pieces by established masters like Richter, Koons, Kusama, Kapoor and Sachs, along with objects trouvés by Man Ray, works by Hans Arp and the Nouveau Réalistes, the iconic Valise du Nouveau Realisme and editions by César and Arman.
