The 2017 Masters Week sale series resulted in $41.9M of sales, led by a newly-discovered work by Sir Peter Paul Rubens, a selection of spectacular J.M.W. Turner water colours, and important medieval sculptures including a martyrdom altarpiece sold for $1.3 million. Eleven artist records were set, including standout works by Willem Drost and Adam de Coster. Look back on our week of great art and entertainment to commemorate the sales.
