Description

rectangular with cut corners, the lid engine-turned with a scalloped cartouche of a radiating arch pattern in rose gold, on a matted ground chased in high relief fruit vines, perhaps thornapples or strawberries, within slender opaque white enamel borders, the sides and base with matching decoration in lower relief than the lid, the sides with further dark blue enamel borders and bright-cut angles, apparently unmarked
