Comprising: a Patek Philippe, yellow gold open-faced keyless winding chronograph watch, circa 1920, fitted case; a Swiss gold hunting cased keyless winding repeating watch, circa 1890, fitted case; and an unsigned, gold open faced verge watch with associated chatelaine, circa 1820.
Ludwig Wilhelm, Duke in Bavaria (1884-1968)
The Swiss gold hunting cased keyless winding repeating watch is engraved with the cipher of Ludwig Wilhelm, Duke in Bavaria (1884-1968). The inscription on the case recalls that the watch was given to him on the occasion of his confirmation by his godfather Prince Ludwig of Bavaria on 3 August 1899.
