Watch and car brands have been linked since the early 20th century and have resulted in many historic partnerships. The Ferrari/Girard-Perregaux is certainly no exception. When the two came together in 1999 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Scuderia Ferrari, the result was remarkable. Limited to 250 pieces, this automatic split second chronograph was produced in varying case and dial combinations. It is no easy feat to house all of these complications in a 40 millimeter diameter case. This lot features a white dial housed within a yellow gold case, and is certainly something that any car and watch enthusiast would seek to add to their collection.
The present lot is offered with its box, papers, Certificate of Authenticity, and a copy of the service receipt dated 2014.
