Coburg patterns was designed by Rundell, Bridge, and Rundell about 1810, and was made for them by Paul Storr. Ian Pickford chose this pattern as the frontispiece of his 1983 book, Silver Flatware: English, Irish and Scottish 1660-1980, and notes that it would be very difficult to build a service of this rare design.
