In good condition, with minor discoloration to the back of the mounting and minor abrasions commensurate with age. French assay marks for 18 karat gold. The diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 0.10 carat, are approximately F-G color, VVS clarity. The rubies are medium light to medium deep pinkish red to purplish red, moderately to heavily included, as is typical of cabochons. The emeralds are medium slightly bluish green and moderately to heavily included. The demantoid garnets are medium yellowish green and slightly to moderately included.
