of faceted tapering form, decorated in Pompeian style with neo-classical motifs including turtle doves on garland-hung plinths, in coloured and gold paillons on an opaque pale blue enamel ground framed by gold tulip borders, the plinths enamelled in stippled dark blue simulating lapis lazuli, maker's mark II over IB incuse, contemporary Vienna control mark
