Gérald Genta has always had a passion for lady’s watches. For him, these were not supposed to be just smaller versions of men’s watches. Instead, it was an opportunity for him as an artist to explore and create new ideas and universes through other shapes, decorations and materials. In this instance, he chose the cushion shape, considered as very elegant, further highlighted by two rows of brilliant-cut diamonds. The blue dial is beautifully decorated with a guilloché pattern expanding to the bezel of the piece, adding further refinement to the creation.
