Gérald Genta used countless sources of inspiration. With this design, he explored the theme of the company Beretta. The Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta is an Italian privately owned firearms manufacturing company that was founded in 1526. Genta designed these two watches incorporating elements of the company and its history. The central element is the use of the rifle as the typically Genta retrograde minute hand. The dial is made to be a target. The case is decorated with the pattern of the pistol grip of the famous Beretta 92. Finally, the buckle of the wristwatch on the right is made in the shape of two bullets.
