the cut-brass mounts finely engraved with foliage, each long side with a jungle vignette centered by a silvered Indian elephant, with three cut-glass spirit decanters held in a rosewood veneered retained by a locking brass bar, inscribed to one side 'THE / TANTALUS' and the other 'BETJEMANN'S PATENT / LONDON / 11926', locked
