The 4-inch white enamel dial with Roman numerals, signed Raingo Fres A Paris.

The Parisian firm of Raingo was established in Paris in 1829 in rue Vieille-du-Temple, and from 1840 to 1850 rue de Saintonge. Raingo exhibited in 1862 in London. All Raingo works were of good quality. A part of the firm worked espacially on bronze, and was also established from 1860 to 1900 in rue Vieille-du-Temple.
