The canvas is lined. There is very minor paint lifting along the upper edge that has been stabilized. The remaining paint surface is in good condition and under a clean varnish. Under UV light, horizontal area of inpainting above waterline left of ship circa 12 inches long; a few spots of inpainting along right edge and one at upper left.
