La tour aux rideaux

daté 1910 (en bas à droite)

encre sur papier calque

25,8 x 21 cm; 10 ⅛ x 8 ¼ in.

Exécuté en 1910.

L'authenticité de cette œuvre a été confirmée par Richard Riss.

The work has been examined partially framed. Executed on thin cream wove paper, laid down on Japan paper which is affixed to mount and overmount. The sheet is floating in its mount. Edges are unevenly cut. There are a few repaired tears along the extreme edges (the longest of which is approx. 6cm) and two tiny paper losses to the upper and lower right corners. The sheet is light stained with a few scattered tiny dots of foxing and accretions. There are a few faint media and handling marks in places, most predominately along the extreme edges. There are media lines, possibly glue remnants, along the upper edges. This work is in overall good condition.
